MANUAL ORDER FORM

• We have had a few problems recently with the PayPal shopping cart system. As we are exploring other ecommerce options, we have put this manual form in place to assist with ordering.
• If you are having a problem with the cart/checkout process, please complete the following order form. This will send us an email with your order and we will send you a money request from PayPal for the total. This will get us around any problems with their shopping cart.
• We appreciate your cooperation during this inconvenience and we will include a couple of free decals with your order.
